Working with new polymers, rubbers, fillers, rubber chemicals and reinforcing materials is one of the core strength of HASETRI to meet the emerging  needs of the customers. HASETRI is equipped with sophisticated Laboratories, pilot plants and experienced scientists for Material Research and its applications. 

1. RUBBER PROCESS ANALYSERAn innovative dynamic mechanical rubber process analyser system with a sealed test cavity.

2. MOONEY VISCOMETER
This instrument measures the Mooney viscosity, Mooney Scorch and Mooney stress relaxation of raw and compounded rubber.

3. MOVING DIE RHEOMETER
This measures the cure characteristics of compounded rubber by using a sealed rotorless moving die system with rapid temperature response, sensitive torque measurement and latest microprocessor technology.

4. ZWICK UTM : ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMBER WITH LOW TEMPERATURE FACILITY
To measure the stress-strain properties of different cured rubber compounds, finished products, fabrics, wires, adhesion strength of composites, hysteresis etc. at ambient, high and low temperatures.

5. DYNAMIC MECHANICAL ANALYSER
An advanced equipment for Viscoelastic characterisation of cured rubber under different wave forms (sine, pulse, haversine, triangular and user defined)
• Effect of prolonged cyclic fatigue
• Precise measurement of viscoelastic properties
• Determination of glass and secondary transitions
• Particularly well suited to elastomer testing and characterization (Payne effect, strain and frequency sweep etc.)
FTS and TTS software for life prediction purpose.
Determination of heat build up in a rubber sample under different wave form and at different strain level.

6. DENSICOM
This instrument is used to determine the density of the compounded rubber and finished products.

7. VISCO ANALYSER
This instrument is used to determine the dynamic mechanical properties of elastomers, fabric, composites in different modes viz. shear, tension, compression etc. upto a force range of 450N.

8. FLEXOMETER
This instrument helps to determine the heat development that occurs during the service life of cured rubber compounds and finished products.

9. REBOUND RESILIENCE TESTER
To determine the resilience of the cured rubber specimen by the ratio of recovered energy to total energy applied.

10. DIN ABRADER
To determine the abrasion resistance of cured rubber compound/finished rubber products.

11. FLEXING MACHINE
Used for Crack Growth test for analysis via interactive image capture and crack analysis (contour length) through software. Demattia Crack Growth and Crack initiation test more objectively evaluated at ambient and elevated temperature. Easy set up of the desired strain level, frequency and temperature.

12. LABORATORY ABRASION TESTER (Grosch Abrader)
The Laboratory Abrasion Tester of most important properties of the tread compounds. The wide range of variables, slip angle, load, speed and temperature are employed in well defined test procedures to enable a comprehensive judgement of the compounds capabilities. Rolling Resistance of tread compound can be evaluated over a range of loads and speeds.

13. CREEP & STRESS RELAXATION TESTER
It measures stress relaxation or creep properties of elastomeric material in compression or tension, according to ISO 3384 and ISO 899-1.

14. TYRE AGING OVEN
Tyre aging oven is designed to age the finished tyre at various test conditions.

15. FATIGUE TO FAILURE TESTER
To determine the flex life of cured rubber compound like sidewall compound of a tyre in different extension modes of ambient and high temperatures.

16. RAPID SPLITTING MACHINE
Used for the preparation of samples from finished rubber products in much accurate dimension which is not possible by grinding or buffing.

17. TEAR FATIGUE ANALYZER
Characterisation of fracture mechanical behaviour of elastomer samples and determination of fatigue crack growth rate.

18. LENZING SHRINKAGE AND SHRINK FORCE TESTER
Used for study of shrinkage and shrinkage forces of various cords used for reinforcement.



19. CT CORD FATIGUE TESTER
To measure the fatigue properties of reinforcing cords under dynamic conditions.

20. DYNAMIC ADHESION TESTER
The instrument is used to assess the adhesion properties of composites in dynamic conditions.

21. AIR PERMEABILITY TESTER
This instrument is used to determine the permeability of vulcanized rubbers to gases (at constant pressure) for the evaluation of automotive inner tubes, liners for tubeless tyres, balloons, hoses, diaphragms etc.

22. MULTICELL AGING OVEN
To simulate the life prediction of cured rubber compounds/finished products over the ambient temperature conditions.

23. OZONE CHAMBER
With precise control of Ozone concentration, this instrument helps to check the Ozone resistance power of cured rubber compounds and finished products in different modes and wide test conditions or as per specific requirements.

24. HUMIDITY CHAMBER
Used to study the effect of humidity.
