Bead Unseat Test for Tyres

A bead unseat test is used to determine the amount of force required to unseat the tire bead from the rim.

This test helps to ensure the safety of the bead during the events of steep cornering of the tire.

This is a mandatory test for tire approval as per various government regulatory standards applicable for tubeless tires.

We are having the facility to conduct the test for passenger car tire sizes. Test standards followed include IS 15633, FMVSS 109, AIS 044 & OEM validation Standards.

HASETRI received Prof. SK Joshi Laboratory Excellence Award from Quality Council of India (QCI) during their Silver Jubilee celebration held on 6th October 2022 at New Delhi. This is the first testing laboratory in private sector in India to receive this Award.
