Abrasion Resistance

Abrasion resistance is a capability of a material to resist mechanical action such as rubbing, scraping, or erosion that tends progressively to remove material from its surface. This testing gives an idea of tyre performance on road, and its durability. We are providing two different testing facility.

  • Din Abrasion (Rotating/Nonrotating)
  • Standard: ISO 4649 & ASTM D 5963

  • Laboratory Abrasion Tester (LAT 100)
  • Standard: ISO 23233
