Dynamic Mechanical Analyser (DMA)

It is an analytical tool which measures the stiffness and damping properties of material under periodic stress. It enables one to relate material behaviour with respect to molecular structure, processing condition and product properties.

The study of viscoelastic behaviour of polymer gives output as Storage modulus (El), Loss modulus (Ell) and Tan(δ) which can be used to determine dynamic Glass Transition Temperature of polymer. These data can be useful to estimate
